This week for my five events required I went to The reading at the DIA in Chelsea featuring Franck Andre Jamme, Norma Cole, and Peter Gizzi, the Alice Notley reading, the Jorie Graham reading, and the Maxine Hong Kingston reading. I also attended an open mic on Tuesday w Sharief Hobley, saw DJ Omega, and will attend Tribeca film festival Sunday and attended two films and the interactive exhibits on the 19th. I also interned at Poets House and proof read a children's book. It was a great first week!
